Either way it would’ve been pretty badass to see a Hela VS Thanos battle. Thanos vs Hela, I'm not sure, I think he'd win. Battle 1, neutral grounds with no stones. With the lastest WoG confirmation that Bro Thor was not any weaker than IW Thor, this places EG Thanos in another league. ._33axOHPa8DzNnTmwzen-wO{font-size:14px;font-weight:700;letter-spacing:.5px;line-height:32px;text-transform:uppercase;display:block;padding:0 16px;width:100%} A subreddit dedicated to Marvel Studios and the Marvel Cinematic Universe! I don't want to say that there's no comparison, but I gotta go with Hela.
If you love to imagine the planet-exploding battles of the fictional gods who will never be, taking pointless knowledge gathered from a life spent reading and gaming and swinging it like a gladiator's sword in discussions on reddit... then welcome home, my friend.
Hela on Asgard? Thanos countered planets, Hela conquered realms. Hela caught the hammer and broke it with literal ease. It even looks like Hulk went to act as cover before coming back. I would like to think Thanos on his ship saw Infernal flame Surtur and Hela from the distance on Asgard and said "lets just chill here for a bit and wait this out" before moving in for the space gem. She can cut his whole arm off in a matter of milliseconds (or even nanoseconds), Battle 1: thanos Battle 2: hela Battle 3: thanos. And while we can debate whether a fully fit Thor could've overpowered Thanos, Thanos has never been shown to struggle in terms of physical combat(CM is a slightly different matter). That would’ve been really interesting.
Hela Wins just as Strong with Blades & Spikes & a Healing Factor. True Asgard is destroyed but Hela was destroyed with it so that implies you are referring to the Hela with Asgard intact. /s, Thanos came for the Power Stone first before the Space Stone, and may I remind you that the power stone can just destroy the realm of Asgard in seconds. Both have basic knowledge about eachother (Thanos knows that she's daughter of Odin, Hela knows that he's a Titan). Hela would beat normal Thanos...in Asgaard it's a curb stomp. That said, while Thanos is preparing to attack and/or underestimating her, she'll just make some Surtur-sized swords appear beneath him and impale him. Maybe Hela and Thanos would’ve joined forces against Thor. Regardless of who's more physically stronger, both are skilled combatants.
It was probably jobbing for the most part. Follow 1126.
That's strength Thanos could not hope to match.
2: Hela, every time.
All we know is that Hela is stronger AND more skilled than Thor is. In-character, with no prep, no Asgard, and no knowledge of who and what Thanos is? She has enhanced regeneration as well, and is a very tactical combatant.
0. I guess there's a reason Thanos never tried to attack Asgard. However Thanos is quite stronger and if it wasn't for that boost, he would kill her.
She is only that powerful because of Asgard. Come join our discussions, post your own battles and kick some ass!
Biggest lightning blast, blast into the ocean on the Bifrost Bridge, etc. Could go either way. It is interesting to think though if Thanos had to go through Hela to get the Teseract how that would have played out. Thanos without the gauntlet is physically the strongest dude we know of at the moment (not getting into the likes of Ego's full body) but beyond that and the gauntlet, he's most dangerous because he's leading two different types of space armies. But after, he gets up and stabs cap, breaks the fuck out of his shield, then knocks him through a tree putting him down for good. ._2a172ppKObqWfRHr8eWBKV{-ms-flex-negative:0;flex-shrink:0;margin-right:8px}._39-woRduNuowN7G4JTW4I8{border-top:1px solid var(--newCommunityTheme-widgetColors-lineColor);margin-top:12px;padding-top:12px}._3AOoBdXa2QKVKqIEmG7Vkb{font-size:12px;font-weight:400;line-height:16px;-ms-flex-align:center;align-items:center;background-color:var(--newCommunityTheme-body);border-radius:4px;display:-ms-flexbox;display:flex;-ms-flex-direction:row;flex-direction:row;margin-top:12px}.vzEDg-tM8ZDpEfJnbaJuU{color:var(--newCommunityTheme-button);fill:var(--newCommunityTheme-button);height:14px;width:14px}.r51dfG6q3N-4exmkjHQg_{font-size:10px;font-weight:700;letter-spacing:.5px;line-height:12px;text-transform:uppercase;display:-ms-flexbox;display:flex;-ms-flex-pack:justify;justify-content:space-between}._2ygXHcy_x6RG74BMk0UKkN{margin-left:8px}._2BnLYNBALzjH6p_ollJ-RF{display:-ms-flexbox;display:flex;margin-left:auto}._1-25VxiIsZFVU88qFh-T8p{padding:0}._3BmRwhm18nr4GmDhkoSgtb{color:var(--newCommunityTheme-bodyText);-ms-flex:0 0 auto;flex:0 0 auto;line-height:16px} Press question mark to learn the rest of the keyboard shortcuts. Cap got his big moment of shine. If Thanos doesn’t have the Gauntlet he would get wreaked by Surtur. If she's not immortal, Hela ain't gonna survive that for very long. It’s a close fight but I’d say Hela. share. He's not like Hela who wants to slaughter and conquer, he just wants the stones so he can wipe out half of everyone in the universe then go about farming or whatever. I do however think that Hela was powerful enough to defeat Thanos without all the infinity stones.
Going for Hela once she decides to be serious and up the ante with as much swords as she can do (aka Hela vs the Valkyries). Take it with a grain of salt. ._9ZuQyDXhFth1qKJF4KNm8{padding:12px 12px 40px}._2iNJX36LR2tMHx_unzEkVM,._1JmnMJclrTwTPpAip5U_Hm{font-size:16px;font-weight:500;line-height:20px;color:var(--newCommunityTheme-bodyText);margin-bottom:40px;padding-top:4px}._306gA2lxjCHX44ssikUp3O{margin-bottom:32px}._1Omf6afKRpv3RKNCWjIyJ4{font-size:18px;font-weight:500;line-height:22px;border-bottom:2px solid var(--newCommunityTheme-line);color:var(--newCommunityTheme-bodyText);margin-bottom:8px;padding-bottom:8px}._2Ss7VGMX-UPKt9NhFRtgTz{margin-bottom:24px}._3vWu4F9B4X4Yc-Gm86-FMP{border-bottom:1px solid var(--newCommunityTheme-line);margin-bottom:8px;padding-bottom:2px}._3vWu4F9B4X4Yc-Gm86-FMP:last-of-type{border-bottom-width:0}._2qAEe8HGjtHsuKsHqNCa9u{font-size:14px;font-weight:500;line-height:18px;color:var(--newCommunityTheme-bodyText);padding-bottom:8px;padding-top:8px}.c5RWd-O3CYE-XSLdTyjtI{padding:8px 0}._3whORKuQps-WQpSceAyHuF{font-size:12px;font-weight:400;line-height:16px;color:var(--newCommunityTheme-actionIcon);margin-bottom:8px}._1Qk-ka6_CJz1fU3OUfeznu{margin-bottom:8px}._3ds8Wk2l32hr3hLddQshhG{font-weight:500}._1h0r6vtgOzgWtu-GNBO6Yb,._3ds8Wk2l32hr3hLddQshhG{font-size:12px;line-height:16px;color:var(--newCommunityTheme-actionIcon)}._1h0r6vtgOzgWtu-GNBO6Yb{font-weight:400}.horIoLCod23xkzt7MmTpC{font-size:12px;font-weight:400;line-height:16px;color:#ea0027}._33Iw1wpNZ-uhC05tWsB9xi{margin-top:24px}._2M7LQbQxH40ingJ9h9RslL{font-size:12px;font-weight:400;line-height:16px;color:var(--newCommunityTheme-actionIcon);margin-bottom:8px} Another boon that rational Hela has is that her feats for speed are a lot better than Thanos'.
