Compete with a variety of implements, including a standard olympic bar, dumbbells (including circus dumbbells), axles (think a thicker bar that's harder to hold), stones, logs, and much more. Of course, a bodybuilder is going to be strong to some extent, because you can’t simply pack on a ton of muscle by only lifting ten-pound weights your whole life.
