This is why I would chose oberon over Harrow, especially since both perform similar roles yet Oberon can do it better (requires more work on Obi's side though, so it ends up being much harder to set-up/use), This is my current build I use for Oberon Prime. Hollowed Corrption - The longer an enemy stays on Hollowed Grounds the more damage they will take, up to a max of 4x damage. Soul Survivor is just unviable due to how weak Nekros is.

Oberon is a warframe that mostly benefits from a balanced build, so just going positive in all the stats with 1 or 2 survivability mods will go very well for you.

there are many ways to bypass lasers of all kinds, but i personally choose Ivara because I know it works against both optical and Physical lasers. All overheal will degenerate over the course of 1-10 seconds depending on amount of overheal once Renewal is deactivated.

Kritzkreig - Can only heal 1 ally at a time, allies that are being healed with deal 3x damage.

I DO NOT feel like the solution to these problems would be for DE to buff Nekros, or change base warframe abillities. Brothers Ash and Loki can even teleport extremely long distances. Best time to get hit would be during the magnetic phase after syndola is broken. My Oberon Prime Build | 1 Forma + Exilus Regular Oberon would need 3 Formas + Exilus.

The Descecration Augment abillity can stay, but Soul Survivor needs given to Oberon, and Nerkos needs an Augment for defensive purposes.
