04/18/2019. There couldnât be a better program!! Non-U.S. citizens are eligible to apply (DACA or Undocumented). HSF covers all costs of attendance for the students accepted into the program.
Honestly, if you attend to any of there events, I am sure you will leave home with more than you imagined. Yes, you need to answer the first two essays.
